Websters dictionary defines a blog as :-
“ A diary; a personal chronological log of thoughts published on
a Web page.” It goes on to say that blogs are “typically
updated daily” and that “blogs often reflect the personality of
the author.”
Wired Magazine has this to say about blogs :-
Creating
your own blog is about as easy as creating your own urine, and you're
about as likely to find someone else interested in it.
So why am I trying to encourage you to examine mine :-
- People are more important than computers.
- Creativity is more important than technology
- Journalists, in particular the computing press, exaggerate the importance of technology
So, on a frequent basis I publish posts with the aim of deflating egos and putting bright shiny toys into perspective
